A Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer is needed to support the planned and reactive maintenance in a manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working shifts and will showcase an ability to work as part of a maintenance team as well as on their own initiative.

The client is an industrial Manufacturing business based near Wakefield and just outside Leeds.
Description
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer you will be expected to:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults in a timely manner to keep machine down time to a minimum.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records on the CMMS system.
Profile
The successful Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and team-working abilities.
- Proficiency in using various tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Relevant qualifications in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Job Offer
- Inside IR35 hourly rate c25-30 (equivalent up to 50k)
- Minimum 3 month contract with the possibility of a permanent position
- Rotating 8 hour shifts - Morning/Afternoons/Nights
- Based on the outskirts of Leeds and Wakefield
