As our new Engineering Manager, you’ll have previously worked as an Engineering Manager or Head of Engineering In a fast moving environment with a proven track record of success. We don’t just want to know what you’ve achieved but how you’ve done it!

As part of the role, day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of up to 30 engineers indirectly.
  • Operating with a site budget of circa £3.5 million and an enviable CapEx budget.
  • Review and alter any plant maintenance schedules as and when required.
  • Implement CI initiatives and always work to best practice.
  • Bringing together operations and engineering to create a ‘one team’ culture.
