As a Quantity Surveyor focussing on pre-construction activities, you will have a proven track record in carrying out pre contract quantity surveying duties, withina Sub Contractor or Main Contractor environment.

Responsibilities will include:

- budget development

- cost planning

- Preparation of bills of quantities

- Procurement strategy

- tendering and bid evaluation

- negotiating contracts and contract administration

- risk analysis and value engineering
