Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2 students.
- Assess and track students progress, providing constructive feedback and setting appropriate targets.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters students academic and personal growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support students learning and well-being.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to reports on student performance and development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Key Stage 2, with a thorough understanding of the National Curriculum.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
