A wonderful part-time administration role has been created due to increased work load with our lovely client based near to the centre of Wakefield.
Our client, a small but successful & profitable company, works within the construction sector and has instructed me to find them a chatty, conscientious, friendly administrator to join their small team which supports the sales department.
You will report into the Sales Manager, Terry, supporting him with providing quotations, chasing up submitted business proposals, dealing with some technical queries and completing ad-hoc administrative tasks.
I’m looking for an extremely organised administrator who is confident on the phone and can prioritize their own workload.
This is a lovely part time role that would suit someone looking for hours to suit their current circumstances.
