    • Liaising with IT to order/arrange setting up of equipment.

Our client, a leading name within their field, require a highly organised and adaptive Office Coordinator to join their busy team supporting the Director. This is a varied role where no day will be the same so you must be able to multitask and prioritise.

In this role will be the go-to team for all other departments in the business.

This is a fixed term role expected for 15 months.

Upto £28,000.

Hybrid 3 days a week WFH

Monday to Thursday 9- 5:30 and Fridays 9-4:30

Your responsibilities-

  • Booking of travel and accommodation.
  • Assisting with the planning of company events.
  • Assist with secretarial tasks during board meetings such as minute taking and organising agendas.
  • Work closely with the HR team onboarding new starters, managing compliance checks and issuing contracts.
  • Liaising with IT to order/arrange setting up of equipment.
  • Coordinating presentations, reports, and tenders.
  • Ensuring data is accurate and logged on inhouse systems.
  • Assist with adhoc tasks for the wider business when required.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
