An exciting opportunity has arisen to working with a world leading global organisation, we are looking for a HR Administrator/Apprentice to work with Manpower based in Leeds. The role will be based at our client's facility In Tingley. This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 18 months with a view to extend, working a 37.5-hour week Monday - Friday. This role is paying between 23,000 - 25,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be able to get real on the job experience plus can learn with a L3 HR Support Apprenticeship or similar, to meet their career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, managing HR databases, and handling employee inquiries.
  • Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including organizing events and activities.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.

Skills:

Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
