Description

  • Manage payroll processing across the organisation
  • Ensure accurate payments for Maternity, Adoption Leave, and Long-Term Sickness
  • Perform payroll checks as directed by the Payroll Team Leader
  • Reconcile payroll deductions
  • Handle pension administration, including monthly returns across pension schemes
  • Prepare and reconcile contributions for payroll authorisation

Profile

A successful Senior Payroll Officer should have:

  • A strong understanding of payroll and pensions processes
  • Proficiency in payroll software
  • Excellent numerical and data entry skills
  • Strong knowledge of HMRC regulations and GDPR
  • A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
