Requirements:

  • QTS - Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or other teacher training programs
  • Previous experience in Primary Teaching - This includes placements for ECTs
  • Strong understanding of the Primary Curriculum - EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with students, staff, and parents
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain discipline
  • Flexibility to teach different subjects and age groups, often at short notice
