Day-to-day of the role:

• Lead a classroom with a positive and inclusive atmosphere where every student feels valued and motivated to learn.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to foster a supportive and cohesive learning community.
• Deliver engaging and dynamic lessons that adhere to the KS2 curriculum, ensuring students are well-prepared for SATs.
• Employ effective behaviour management techniques to ensure a classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Offer tailored support to students, including those with special educational needs or English as an additional language.
• Conduct regular assessments of student progress and adjust teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Communicate openly with parents and guardians, partnering with them to support their children’s educational journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• A passion for education and a commitment to fostering the academic and social development of children.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
• The ability to adapt teaching styles to accommodate diverse learning needs.
• Creativity and enthusiasm in lesson planning and classroom activities.
