  • Implement strategies to enhance student engagement and achievement.
  • Adapt to different classroom environments and follow school policies.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers and staff.
  • Encourage and support pupils in their learning journey.
  • Work collaboratively with staff and maintain positive relationships.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting students in a primary school setting.
  • Strong understanding of intervention strategies in literacy and numeracy.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and lesson plans.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in intervention support (preferred but not essential).
