Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted interventions to support student learning and progress.
- Work with small groups and individuals to close learning gaps in core subjects.
- Implement strategies to enhance student engagement and achievement.
- Adapt to different classroom environments and follow school policies.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers and staff.
- Encourage and support pupils in their learning journey.
- Work collaboratively with staff and maintain positive relationships.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting students in a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of intervention strategies in literacy and numeracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and lesson plans.
- Relevant qualifications or training in intervention support (preferred but not essential).
