This role specifically focuses on Key Stage 1 (KS1) and requires expertise and/or training in Read Write Inc. Phonics.

As a dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic and personal development of students. Your primary focus will be on assisting in the implementation of Read Write Inc Phonics, a proven method for developing early literacy skills. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
- Utilising Read Write Inc. Phonics strategies to enhance literacy development.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
What We're Looking For: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant who:
- Has previous experience working in a primary school setting.
- Is trained and/or experienced in Read Write Inc. Phonics.
- Possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Is committed to creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
