NPD Project Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a specialist manufacturing company who are looking for a New Product Development Project Manager.

The company design and manufacture high-end, quality packaging solutions.

This role will be to project manage the full process of all new products from concept through to successful production.

The NPD Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Project managing all new products
• Working closely with the design team and production to ensure customer needs are met
• Managing the development and delivery of new production moulds
• Communicating regularly with customers including hosting visits
• Promoting and developing improvements to reduce costs and improve quality
• Recruiting, training and managing employees in the context of projects as well as some direct line management

The NPD Project Manager will need:

• Experience of working within a product based manufacturing environment
• Experience of managing projects
• A design or product development background
• Excellent people skills and management ability
• A willingness to support the team and achieve business goals
