Overseeing a team of 10 weldersEN 1090 Familiarisation would be a bonus? Allocating work to employees, setting production targets and communicating precise instructions? Responsible for overseeing all facets of the day to day operation, ensuring that product built meets required test and quality specifications? Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals? Manage a multi-disciplinary team of 10 full time employees? Reported weekly status of builds to company Management? Conduct employee meetings? Ensures that all employees work in a safe manner, in a safe environment? Responsible for handling customer complaints and initiating corrective actionPerson specification?
