Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope, and set clear objectives.
Budget Management: Oversee and manage the project budget to ensure financial efficiency.
Resource Allocation: Strategically allocate resources to optimize project outcomes.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Quality Control: Ensure the highest standards of quality throughout the project.
Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
Contract Management: Handle contract negotiations and ensure compliance with terms.
Safety Management: Uphold stringent safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Documentation: Keep accurate and detailed records of all project documentation.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in construction project management.
Track record of working with/as a main contractor.
Experience in restoration projects is a significant advantage.
Strong planning and scheduling skills.
Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.
