  • Stakeholder Coordination – Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, maintaining strong communication throughout the project.
  • Risk & Problem Management – Identify potential risks and challenges early, implementing effective solutions to mitigate delays and disruptions.
  • Site Management & Logistics – Oversee site operations, ensuring modular units are installed efficiently and safely while coordinating site activities with various teams.
  • Health & Safety Compliance – Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and audits.
  • Quality Control & Reporting – Maintain high standards of workmanship, track project progress, and provide regular reports to senior management and clients.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Modular construction experience is highly desirable, or RC Framing & Precast.
  • Transferable experience from managing the construction of large industrial sheds, warehouses, or commercial buildings will also be considered.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations and construction best practices, and an exemplary track record of maintaining site safety.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK, with flexibility to work on-site as required.
  • A strong commercial mindset, ensuring profitability and efficiency in project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
