Project Manager
Location: Wakefield- Hybrid
Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 per year + Bonus
My client is a forward-thinking architectural design and property search company, dedicated to creating accessible, inclusive, and functional homes-with a special focus on disability adaptations and residential developments.
We're looking for a Project Manager who's passionate about delivering high-quality, impactful design. If you're experienced in managing residential projects, know your way around AutoCAD and JCT contracts, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage residential and adaptation projects from design to delivery
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and our internal team
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regs
- Conduct site visits and ensure timelines and budgets stay on track
- Provide technical support and mentor junior staff
- Help shape practical, innovative, inclusive design solutions
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in construction/project management (especially JCT contracts)
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of UK planning, regs, and accessibility requirements
- Organised, collaborative, and client-focused
