Thorn Baker are working with a multi award winning modular building company who are looking for a Project Manager to join their team as a result of growth and increase in demand. The job:
- Prepare construction phase HSE plans/RAMS
- Prepare site layout
- Pre start meetings with client/main contractor
- Manage stakeholder expectations are managed throughout
- Ensure project is on programme with adequate resource levels
- Ensure post delivery quality inspection is done and reported back
- Ensure all site records are kept up to date
About you:
- Proven experience in a similar position
- High level of written and verbal communication
- HNC/D in construction and built environment preferred
- Strong construction background with knowledge of modular build
