Benefits
- Salary: £42,000-£50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage 2-3 projects simultaneously working closely with Site Managers
- Work is fit outs in the leisure and pub sector
- Oversee quality control and ensure the site programmeis followed
- Working with the Quantity Surveyor ensure site is completed within budget
- Produce progress reports to senior management

Required Knowledge & Experience
- Experience: Proven experience managing several schemes
- Sector: fitout experience preferred
- Skills: Strong IT and numerical proficiency
- License: Valid UK driving license
