Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Job Description:
A leading logistics company in the WF4 area is seeking a detail-oriented Goods In Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to secure a temp-to-perm role with competitive pay and steady hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- General related admin (booking in and filing tasks such as POD )
- Delivery notes and all associated paperwork
- highlighting any discrepancies before delivery booked into system
- dealing with customers all to be dealt with promptly and professionally
- Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
- Filing & archiving
- Creating documents, spreadsheets (A3 , returns )
- Speaking to customers to answer queries and resolve issues
- Booking incoming deliveries to WH ( by slot and recording )
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within logistics or warehousing.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Competent with stock management systems and general IT tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
