Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Salary: £11.44 per hour

Job Description:
A leading logistics company in the WF4 area is seeking a detail-oriented Goods In Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to secure a temp-to-perm role with competitive pay and steady hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General related admin (booking in and filing tasks such as POD )
  • Delivery notes and all associated paperwork
  • highlighting any discrepancies before delivery booked into system
  • dealing with customers all to be dealt with promptly and professionally
  • Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
  • Filing & archiving
  • Creating documents, spreadsheets (A3 , returns )
  • Speaking to customers to answer queries and resolve issues
  • Booking incoming deliveries to WH ( by slot and recording )

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within logistics or warehousing.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Competent with stock management systems and general IT tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
