- Assist in managing supplier relationships and ensuring the quality and availability of materials.
- Support the procurement team with purchasing processes and documentation.
- Establish a effective core range
- Work with the marketing team, to assist with marketing strategies
- Ensure product information is correct - Ecommerce
- Work with merchandising, Marketing and purchasing colleagues
- Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand material requirements and timelines.
- Help streamline purchasing processes to improve efficiency across the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory levels.
- Participate in negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Experience in purchasing and supply chain management
- Knowledge of Category management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving and collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and build strong working relationships.
- Competence in using procurement or supply chain management software is a plus.
