An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Assistant to join a large Trust based in Wakefield. Reporting directly into the Head of Procurement, you will assist the procurement team in managing and devlivering procurement services across the Trust and all institutions.

Description

  • Providing comprehensive support to the Procurement team.
  • Assist in the end-to-end procurment process, including the management of the teams invox and supplier engagement.
  • Assisting in the preparation of procurement documents.
  • Liaising with suppliers, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Undertaking administrative tasks related to procurement.
  • Assisting in the management of contracts and supplier relationships.
  • Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities.
  • Ensuring adherence to the company's procurement policies and procedures.
  • Contributing to the improvement of procurement processes within the organisation.

Profile

A successful Procurement Assistant should have:
