Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be partnering with a fast-growing construction business as they look to appoint a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team.

About the Role:
As Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing project financials and ensuring delivery within budget
- Overseeing contracts and subcontractor appointments
- Managing procurement, valuations, applications, and payments
- Leading contract reviews and supporting risk management
- Playing a key role in dispute resolution
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
About You:
We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor
- A strong background within the construction sector
- Good working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
