Job title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Pay rate: 350 a day, weekly pay
Location: Wakefield, WF6 area
Contract: Temporary, 6 months
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Responsible for estimate team, pricing works
- Provide support to project teams
- managing price start to finish of projects
- Office based but some expectations
- Great understanding of construction
- JCT and consultancy
- Experience with managing changes within a business and line manager experience
