- Communication: Maintain effective communication with customer services via email and provide operational updates to the Warehouse and transport teams.
- Route Management: Brief and debrief drivers on routes, ensuring all paperwork and driver equipment are correct.
- Monitoring: Utilise vehicle tracking systems to monitor deliveries, ensuring they are completed on time.
- Reporting: Complete shift performance reports and vehicle defect notes, including breakdown call outs where applicable.
