Lettings Negotiator
Wakefield
£19,000 - £24,000 DOE + bonus

Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 10am-2pm.


The role requires someone who is organised, forward thinking and has experience in Lettings!

Working in a busy, fast-paced office, you will deal with the day to day running of the Lettings department. This is a fantastic role for an experienced property manager or an ambitious Lettings Negotiator.


Lettings Negotiator duties:

* Handling enquiries, arranging viewings and booking appointments
* Marketing new properties
* Ongoing property maintenance
* Keeping up to date with current legislation
* Being a point of contact for both landlord and tenant
* Building and maintaining excellent relationships with all landlords and tenants
* Arranging maintenance works on our landlord's properties
* Liaising with tradespeople for maintenance works
* Organising and conducting move-in appointments with tenants
* Issuing notices to tenants when required
* Conducting end of tenancy check out
* Arrange tenancy renewals and relets
* Arranging house inspections and gas checks
* Chasing rent arrears
* Prospecting for new business opportunities


The successful applicant would ideally have experience in lettings however, a strong background in the customer service sector would be considered.
