Join us as a Property Business Partner to drive impactful projects and shape the future of our clients built environment priorities. About the Role: The Property Business Partner will play a crucial role in managing property-related capital projects across diverse portfolios, including Regeneration, Arts, Culture & Leisure, and Education. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading capital projects and estate programs within specific directorates.
  • Partnering with Clients stakeholders to integrate property needs within strategic asset management.
  • Implementing the Estate Strategy and asset management plans.
  • Acting as a liaison between client directorates and property services to align customer needs with technical solutions.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Deep knowledge of operations, property, and asset management.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to understand stakeholder needs.
  • Experience in project, contract, and financial management; NEC PM accreditation is a plus.
