Our client looking for an experienced, motivated Recruitment Specialist to manage their full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring. Reporting to board level, the ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, a passion for connecting people to the right opportunities and strong relationship-building skills.

What Theyre Looking For:

  • A vibrant, driven, focused individual with excellent candidate engagement skills and the ability to inspire and attract candidates.
  • A degree in human resources, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 2+ years experience working in full-cycle recruitment, either in house or recruitment agency experienced.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and must be willing to travel.
  • Experience in recruiting across various businesses, roles and departments.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms and HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent marketing skills with the ability to further develop the Group to be an employer of choice and promote a strong employer brand.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
