For the right candidate, there's a clear progression path. Within 6-8 months, you'll have the opportunity to take on management of the civil market, to advance to a Divisional Manager role. This position offers significant potential for professional growth and increased responsibilities and will include:

  • Identifying and recruiting top-tier executive talent for US-based civil construction firms.
  • Developing and maintaining a robust network of industry professionals.
  • Conducting in-depth candidate assessments and interviews.
  • Managing full recruitment cycles from initial client brief to successful placements.
  • Providing market insights and strategic advice to clients.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and developments in the US civil construction sector.

Qualifications:

  • You will have proven experience in executive search, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors.
  • A strong understanding of the US civil construction market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and LinkedIn.
