This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated, hardworking and passionate individuals, confident in making outbound sales calls with a strong resilient work ethic. Ideally, you will have some experience in sales or generating new business but equally you could have experience working within recruitment or a customer service environment.
Permanent full-time role working 35 hours a week however applicants looking for part-time work will be considered with flexible working patterns facilitated between the hours of 8am and 6pm. After a successful completion of probationary period hybrid working between office and home can be offered.
Offering an attractive salary of £29,000 plus a sales incentive plan, with excellent benefits package including pension, private healthcare, volunteering opportunities and much more.

The Role
As part of the Customer Sales Team in Wakefield you would work on both reactive and proactive sales campaigns covering a wide range of products and services, delivered to both new and existing customers. Achieving performance targets and pipeline activity through managing a caseload of customers or campaign objectives, predominantly over the phone but also email based as well. You'll generate sales meetings and customer demonstrations for the specialist team.
You will also manage customer inboxes for new centre enquiries and general enquiries into the department as well as working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to bring the right expertise to the business.
Full training and ongoing support provided in the role as well as a defined monthly plan by your manager.
