About the Role:
We are looking for an Experienced Sales Order Processor to play a key role in our order processing department. This position involves managing a variety of tasks, including processing quotations and electronic orders with a strong focus on speed, accuracy, and attention to detail. You will be working with our in-house software, Window Designer, to ensure that customer orders are handled efficiently and accurately.
Role Responsibilities:
- Process orders and quotations from our dealerships, ensuring accurate input into Window Designer.
- Maintain high-quality service standards to ensure orders are manufactured and delivered on schedule.
- Respond to customer telephone enquiries, providing excellent support and service.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, customers, suppliers, and dealers.
- Communicate with dealers via email and phone for order-related assistance.
- Collaborate with other departments to handle special order components, such as shaped frames or extra parts.
- Organise the main mailbox, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and escalating any issues.
- Ensure order accuracy and work closely with internal departments to meet deadlines.
Person Attributes:
- Experience: Proven experience in processing window orders and quotations within the window and building industry.
- Communication Skills: Confident and organised individual with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Technical Knowledge: Driven to develop a deep understanding of the products we supply and manufacture.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Window Designer is an advantage, although training will be provided.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to Learn: Open to further training and applying new knowledge to daily tasks.
