We are currently working exclusively with an amazing Multi-Academy Trust who are seeking a Finance Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be working closely with your manager and alongside a close-knit team!In your new role, you will be:

  • Support the Trust's Academies in all financial support functions.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and audit requirements.
  • Utilise and operate the Trust's accounting system (SAGE) for various financial tasks, including invoice processing, mailbox management, aged creditors monitoring, supplier payment preparation, purchase order raising, bank account reconciliation, and more.
  • Contribute to the month-end close process and support audit requirements.
  • Assist with cash collection procedures and general administrative duties.

You must be someone who has experience working in a similar finance role, accounts payable and with financial procedures/systems and processes.
