Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, engaging Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Plan and prepare lessons that cater to a range of abilities and learning styles.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage development.
Support students in achieving their full potential in Science through individual and group interventions.
Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the Science curriculum and teaching strategies.
Participate in extracurricular activities that enhance student learning and well-being.
What We Are Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in a Science-related subject (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics).
A passion for teaching and a genuine desire to inspire students in their scientific studies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, staff, and parents.
A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
The ability to work as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
