Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

  • Plan and prepare lessons that cater to a range of abilities and learning styles.

  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage development.

  • Support students in achieving their full potential in Science through individual and group interventions.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the Science curriculum and teaching strategies.

  • Participate in extracurricular activities that enhance student learning and well-being.



What We Are Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in a Science-related subject (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics).

  • A passion for teaching and a genuine desire to inspire students in their scientific studies.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, staff, and parents.

  • A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching, with a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • The ability to work as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
