I am actively recruiting for a Teacher of Art for a school in the Wakefield area. The role is offered on a part-time basis and will start after the Easter holidays. The role is based in a small, independent school set in the heart of Wakefield. The class sizes are small and the students are engaged and are keen to learn.Role:

  • Teaching across key stages 3 & 4
  • Planning, preparing and assessing students' work
  • Managing behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
  • Providing feedback

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications.
  • Experience in teaching and classroom management.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills. Adherence to professional standards and commitment to student development.
