Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love of learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student development.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Year 5/6 students.
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
