A leading main contractor is looking for a Site Secretary to joina large project in Wakefield .The successful individual will ideally have previous experience working on construction sites and be proficient in Microsoft office.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with all members of site team
- Preparing reports and collating information from team members
- Dealing with subcontractors and supply chain
- Organising inboxand department leads diary
- Assisting with timesheets
- Undertaking general organisation and administrative tasks for the project
- Greeting visitors
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of all project documentation.
Requirements:
- Previous adminitration/secretarial experience
- Great organisational skills
- Experience within the construction industry on iste would be preferableFully conversant with Microsoft soft
- Excellent ocmmunication skills and good telephone manner
12-18 month contract on offer
