Job type: Temporary - Ongoing

Location: Wakefield (WF2 0XR)

Shift pattern: currently Monday to Friday day shifts (8 hours or 10 hours), might move into 3 on 3 off ( 12 hours days & nights) shift pattern after 12 weeks.

Standard pay rate: £12.54/hour (first 12 weeks), £13.93 (after 12 weeks).

3 on 3 off pay rate: £18.42/hour (first 12 weeks), £20.47 (after 12 weeks)

Shift timings:

Mon-Fri: 6AM - 2 PM

3 On 3 Off: 7AM - 7PM (or) 7 PM - 7 AM (Must be flexible for both Day and night)

*Must be flexible to work both Mon-Fri or 3 on 3 off shift patterns*

Job purpose: In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the spare parts warehouse. Facilitating the planning of maintenance activities, both planned and reactive. This may also see you supplying spares and sourcing parts from our network of plants in and outside.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep a safe, clean and tidy environment within the work area
  • Carry out stock checks to ensure correct stock holding.
  • Generate and validate the purchasing order and execute the entry of spare parts.
  • Detect spare parts not in use and escalate write offs.
  • Carry out F&U checks on a weekend.
  • Producing daily and weekly reports on the store's KPI
  • Support Line Technicians in any breakdown resolutions by facilitating a quick delivery of spare parts. Carry out F&U checks on a weekend
  • Producing daily and weekly reports on the stores KPI's.
