Housing Support Worker

Wakefield / Leeds/ Bradford

6 month FTC

Full Time- 35 hrs pw

£32,600 + £2,000 car user allowance

I am currently recruiting for a housing association that requires a Housing Support Worker to oversee their Extra Care Schemes in Leeds, Bradford and Wakefield. The role is initially offered on a 6month FTC with a view to extend.

Responsibilities of the Housing Support Worker includes:

  • Working across extra care schemes, supporting those aged 55 +
  • Encouraging independent living
  • Managing income collection processes
  • Ensuring compliance with tenancy checks
  • Investigating reports of ASB
  • Managing the lettings and nominations process
  • Meeting void targets
  • Completing communal inspections
  • Carrying out health and safety checks

Requirements of the Housing Support Worker includes:

  • UK driving license and access to own vehicle
  • Enhanced DBS Check
