About the Role: In this role, you will be a vital part of the school's support team, assisting students with diverse needs to reach their full potential. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff, helping to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-to-one or small group support to students
- Assisting in the implementation of individual learning plans
- Supporting students with their academic, emotional, and social development
