Pertemps Social Care Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for an adults social worker for a contract role in Scunthorpe, working within an adults MASH team.In this role, you will be at the forefront of assessing and managing risks for adults in need of safeguarding. You will work collaboratively with various agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding, while maintaining a person-centred focus.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify risks and needs of adults referred to MASH.
  • Collaborate closely with multi-agency partners, including health, police, and housing services, to gather comprehensive information.
  • Develop and implement effective safeguarding plans, ensuring the safety and well-being of adults at risk.
  • Provide expert advice and support to colleagues and partner agencies on safeguarding matters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and case conferences to facilitate informed decision-making.
