Inclusion Support Worker required:
Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? Do you have experience supporting children or individuals with special educational needs in other settings? Qualiteach Ltd are seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic Inclusion Support Worker who loves working with children and young people and can support them with kindness, empathy and respect. Working alongside the main class teacher and a variety of education professionals, you will join a small class of pupils and provide support through building strong relationships and helping them to break down their learning into bitesize chunks.
You will be:
- Enthusiastic and passionate about supporting children with special educational needs.
- Strong with behaviour management by setting clear boundaries and using a range of appropriate techniques.
- An excellent communicator and resilient, positive practitioner.
- Able to bring a warm smile each day and set your stall out – no two days are the same!
