What you will do:

  • Support and manage a caseload of foster carers, ensuring high standards of care for looked-after children.
  • Conduct assessments and provide ongoing supervision and support to foster carers.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to develop, plan, and implement care strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and contribute to meetings and reviews concerning the children's welfare.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for foster carers to enhance their skills and understanding.
