About the Role:

  • Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in both one-to-one and group settings.
  • Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with SEN students, is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with special needs.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Willingness to undertake relevant training and professional development.
