About the Role:
- Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in both one-to-one and group settings.
- Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.
- Implement and support individualised education plans (IEPs) to meet the specific needs of each student.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with SEN students, is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with special needs.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Willingness to undertake relevant training and professional development.
