Masterclass Education are currently hiring enthusiastic, dedicated, and engaging individuals to join a Specialist Education Setting in the Wakefieldarea.
We are on the hunt for creative and resilient teaching assistants to join our incredible team of staff working to support young people with their learning.
We are looking to speak to candidates with experience of working within a Specialist Education Setting!
The Role:
- Liaise with colleagues within the school to provide individualised support for each child/young person
- Monitor and track students progress within the lessons, including any milestones they have reached in their learning
- Have a person-centred approach to your work and provide high quality support and guidance
- To keep the children/young people safe during their time at school through safeguarding and good practice
Availability:
- Monday-Friday
- Term Time Only
This is a long-term role with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate!
Must Have:
- Ability to work well as a team and communicate effectively with others
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
- Commitment to the safeguarding of students
