Role:
We require someone who is compassionate with a firm but fair approach.
We need someone with strong communication skills, with the ability to build strong trusting relationships with both students and parents.
You will need a collaborative approach to work and work well as part of a team and on a 1:1 Basis.
Responsibilities:

Work with smaller groups of students

Make sure classrooms are a safe and tidy space before the school day starts

Provide support to students who have emotional & mental health needs.

Help students adjust, learn and socialize and report to teachers about possible behavioural issues
Requirements:
-
Experience of working within a SEN Setting, prefrably with behavoural issues.

Familiarity with school administrative tasks and learning methods
-
Great communication and excellent organisational skills

Firm but kind and caring personality

The ability to build a trusting relationship with students, teachers and parents

Teaching Assistant Qualification (or expe)
