The Role of a Cover Supervisor:
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:
• Supervising students as they work through lessons prepared by the teacher.
• Managing student behaviour and ensuring a productive learning environment.
• Addressing any immediate issues that arise during the lesson.
• Collecting completed work and passing it to the teacher.
What We’re Looking For:
• A degree-level qualification or recent secondary school support experience.
• Experience working with groups of students (large or small).
• Availability for at least 2 days a week, with flexibility to work on short notice.
