Senior Land Surveyor
Location: Wakefield, England
Salary: 30,000-42,000 per annum
About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Land Surveyor to join a growing and dynamic team offering a comprehensive range of surveying services, including Topographical Surveys, 3D Point Clouds, Site Engineering and Utility Surveying.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Topographical, Measured Building and As-Built Surveys
- Process surveys using LSS and AutoCAD software (or similar) to a high standard.
- Utilise Leica or similar Robotic Total Stations.
- Ensure quality control requirements are met in line with specifications.
- Liaise with site teams to ensure clarity and understanding of survey information.
- Collaborate effectively within a team or work independently as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Land Surveyor.
- Valid CSCS card and full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and solutions-focused with a "can-do" attitude.
