Location: Wakefield, England

About the Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Land Surveyor to join a growing and dynamic team offering a comprehensive range of surveying services, including Topographical Surveys, 3D Point Clouds, Site Engineering and Utility Surveying.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Topographical, Measured Building and As-Built Surveys
  • Process surveys using LSS and AutoCAD software (or similar) to a high standard.
  • Utilise Leica or similar Robotic Total Stations.
  • Ensure quality control requirements are met in line with specifications.
  • Liaise with site teams to ensure clarity and understanding of survey information.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team or work independently as needed.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Land Surveyor.
  • Valid CSCS card and full UK Driving Licence.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and solutions-focused with a "can-do" attitude.
