Since 2015 The Staffing Network has supplied staff within the Driving and Industrial Sectors. We hold a GLAA Licence, REC, Stronger Together and ALP members.

We service the following markerts - Driving, Industrial, factory, warehousing and field / food production. We have a GLAA licence and are Driver Agency Accredited.

The role we are recruiting for is to work as a Regional Business Development Manager to cover Yorkshire, The North West and Eastern ( Lincolnshire and Cambrdigeshire ) areas.

Experience of working in the Recruitment Industry is essential, preferably in Industrial / food or logistics markets. The ideal candidate would be an existing Business Development Manager or successful Branch Manager, Recruitment Consultant / Senior with a hunger for business growth and success.

We have a successful team of service consultants, and there are opportunities for growth in the area that are not being capitalised upon. New business sales and conversions is the key to success in this role, however small or large but 360 sales and service experience would be an advantage

As a Business Development Manager, duties will include but are not limited to:-

  • Undertake full new client onboarding including site visits and establishing charge / pay rates
  • Identify and undertake new client contact and grow our client base
  • Identify additional areas of growth with our current client base
  • Ensure that new client requests are copleted and fulfillment operates at a high percentage
  • Reporting to stakeholders within our business
  • Day to Day self time and output management
