About the Role:
We’re looking for a Temporary Maintenance Engineer to support a distribution site in Wakefield until October. This hands-on role involves maintaining the building to ensure everything runs smoothly. If you’re reliable, proactive, and skilled in building maintenance, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out day-to-day maintenance tasks across the site.
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and address reactive issues.
- Inspect and repair building systems, including lighting, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in building maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
